Anyways you can try FRAPS or WEGAME.
Wegame is like vista if fraps is xp u know?
People say fraps is better but its not so easy to find it free(ppsssst try the torrent to DL the free version,hope u read before admin deletes)
Fraps can record with half size or full size.
It can record sound, you can choose the quality of the sound and the movie(20 fps 25 fps 30 or 50 fps etc//audiomax-xfi)
But the problem is that FRAPS gives me hell of a lag when I record, its very weird because I get 70 fps when recording with fraps with 30 fps and why it gives me lag is a question..
You can try wegame tho..
WEGAME is FREE and has a good program that uploads the movies and screenshots u record with one click..It will convert them by itself too..It has also the same options with Fraps, well almost the same.
And wegame doesnt even lag.. You can choose HD recording and 30 fps but it wont lag..
So i think u can try Wegame because :-There is no lag
-The converter and uploader comes with itself
-Your movies and screenshots are uploaded to ur profile so you dont have to upload to youtube or etc etc..

But I can give you another hint: You can try downloading the old version of Wegame, I think the new version has some sort of a bug.

BTW Heighheigh do NOT put a LONG MOVIE. Your own movie can be skipped by you after a several start-ups.
Try putting one amazing sniper kill that will be maybe 5 seconds. Or something that will cheer you up.
It will be easy for you to convert and good to watch. You can even change them and put other kill videos etc when you want something different.
If you want to go further you can edit the "Menu" movie and in the background the movie you have recorded can go on. I have a video where two jets randomly fly against eachtoher.
You know it also has to suit:)
